My-PcTv.com Terms and Conditions

By you (the Buyer) purchasing a lifetime membership from My-PcTv.com, we agree to the following terms:

1. We (My-PcTv.com) will never rent, sell, or misuse any personal information (such as e-mail address, passwords, usernames, etc.) that you provide us.

2. The lifetime membership to the My-PcTv service will only be made available to you as long as My-PcTv.com is running and in service. A lifetime membership to My-PcTv.com does not imply that you as the buyer will have service through My-PcTv for your lifetime. Service will be given for the lifetime of My-PcTv.com as a profitable business. We do however, believe that My-PcTv will be in service for many, many years to come in the future.

3. We (My-PcTv.com) will never charge you anything besides the one-time cost you paid to receive the service.

4. We (My-PcTv.com) agree to update channel information on a frequent basis.

5. The streaming channels that are provided on the My-PcTv.com service are all LEGAL channels from 3rd party providers which are open for the public to view from their respective channel websites online or peer-to-peer access for free (no charge). We are not involved in hacking or cracking of any shape or form. Any of the channels on our site may be found by doing a search of the Internet for the said channels. We have simply collected streaming channels which are made free to broadcast to any viewer on the World Wide Web and put it into a easy-to-use and view format for you, the customer.

6. We (My-PcTv.com) will allow you to create a specific username and password that is unique to you, which you will use to log into our site.



By you (the Buyer) purchasing a lifetime membership from My-PcTv.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. You the buyer will hold us harmless from any litigation whatsoever from the misuse of our channels.

2. You will not misuse our service for any reason whatsoever.

3. Given the nature of our service, all refund and cancellation requests are given at the sole discretion of the My-PcTv.com staff. All refund requests must come with a reason why the refund is being requested and our staff will investigate each case on an individual basis to determine if a refund may be given out or not. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

4. You the buyer agree not to hack into our site or misuse our service for illegal purposes. Violators of this will have their membership revoked.

5. You the buyer agree not to share your username or password with any other individual or group.



Return Policy
